Product recalled by : The prefect of Hérault : Provisional suspension of harvesting and marketing.

Products : oysters, mussels, clams of the Thau pond.

Marketing period : The shells harvested before 30/10/2017 are not affected.

Reason for recall : Discovery of the presence of toxins paralyzing (PSP) (Click for more information) at a rate higher than that authorized.

Terms of the callback : It is recommended to destroy the product or return the store for a refund.
