Il faut savoir que les employés de Quick ne sont pas formés sur les problèmes d'hygiène et leurs graves conséquences. Le personnel d'encadrement ( managers and directors ) sont des jeunes gens qui n'ont pas l'autorité ni la vigilance nécessaires pour contrôler que toutes les taches sont effectuées dans les règles. There is a big lack at this level. Un véritable encadrement n'est pas celui qui exerce seulement une pression pour que le travail soit fait, but above all, monitoring of every moment and an effective presence of officials.
