Coca-Cola, a dangerous and carcinogenic drink

Coca-Cola Light, the Coca-Cola Zero and other derivatives without sugar contain sweeteners :

Aspartame (E951)

Without redoing entire article devoted to l’aspartame (searchable here), This fake sugar is simply the origin of 92 disorders and various ailments such as (to name a few) : Alzheimer's, cancers, tumors, Lupus, Lymphoma, heart problems, depression, Diabetes, weight gain, etc.

Acesulfame K (E950)

Sweetener 200 times more sweetness than sugar. It would be more dangerous as saccharin and aspartame.
Health hazard : increase of cholesterol, cancers, problems in the lungs, Hypoglycemia, etc.

The dye of Coca-Cola and Pepsi would be carcinogenic

The CSPI (Center for Science in the Public Interest) has recently explained to the Daily Mail Coca-Cola and Pepsi use a caramel, to colour their drinks, who would be carcinogenic. Indeed, two chemicals cause cancer : MI-2 and MI-4.

The spokesman for that organization : « Unlike toffee prepared at home, melting sugar in a skillet, the artificial version of color “Coca” is the result of the chemical reaction obtained by the sugar association, ammonia and sulphites high temperature ». This process would create these two toxic substances which, based on studies conducted on rodents, cause of "lung cancer"., liver, thyroid and leukemia.. Experts say that this type of caramel could cause thousands of cancers.

The American Institute of toxicological prevention would have confirmed that these two substances would be carcinogenic in animals and therefore potentially in humans.

The CSPI considers that this artificial dye brings no benefit nutritional beverages as alternatives exist to give this brown-black color like beets and carrots for example.

The Director of the CSPI asks quite simply to the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) These two beverages are prohibited !

This new obviously did not like everyone. Coca-Cola responded by stating that "our drinks are completely safe" and adds that 'extrapolations of IPS cells for human health and cancer are totally unfounded..

Reasons to stop drinking soft drinks :

• The sodas are unnecessary nutritionally. It is only water sweetened with additives.
• They increase the risk of becoming obese, diabetic, develop caries.
• They can cause osteoporosis and slow the growth of bones.
• These drinks are dangerous for kidneys, the liver and pancreas.
• They impede the proper functioning of the digestive tract.
• By the high concentration of caffeine they promote dehydration and the leakage of minerals by the diuretic effect (to which is added all side effects from an overdose of caffeine).
• The dye used in some sodas is likely carcinogenic to humans.
• Sodas containing aspartame are dangerous : aspartame has him alone 92 adverse effects for health !

Change beverage, many other alternatives exist :

• Simply drink water
• Tea
• Fruit juices (preferably squeezed freshly oneself, and even better with bio fruits)
